The Institute of Culinary Education (known as Peter Kump's). It is 50 West 23rd Street (between Avenue 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.). They have fantastic courses - over 1,500. I have many classes there.

Um ... I know that if there is a William Sonoma, they have classes. In addition, some culinary schools are to teach. I think they are only in the summer, but.
